Do you feel your life is lacking harmony and balance?
With everything that has been happening over the past couple of years and now with the passing of the Queen too, it can feel like everything we knew, or took for granted, is changing.
Change is part of life and is a good thing. However, when change feels negative or is happening too fast for us to adjust or, more importantly, we feel we lack choice/control, it can be unsettling and we lose that feeling of stability we once had.
We're now in the Earth element of Late Summer and it is a time when we really need to feel balanced. It's a time for reflection and, as it connects to the stomach and spleen meridians, it's when we're processing and digesting.
If unbalanced, we may have digestive issues; we can feel anxious and worried - unable to let go.
When balanced, we feel centred and grounded. We need to find this balance and feel centred, more now than ever.
If you're struggling and feel out of sorts (physically, mentally, emotionally or energetically), Tai Chi Qigong may bring the calm and rebalancing you’re seeking.
We refer to Qigong as ‘movement meditation’ as we aim to move with a softness and with ease. With the focus on our breath, we let the breath guide our movement – never over-reaching and never doing anything which hurts. It’s gentle, yet powerful as we work with the meridians for health and wellbeing.
We all need time to slow down and reconnect and, as we enter a time of year when nature starts to slow and retreat for the colder months, the practice of Qigong can help us process the busyness of summer and reconnect to ourselves.
With the 14-Day Unlimited Pass available to all new clients, why not give Tai Chi Qigong a try? Let go of the busy-ness of the day and spend 60-minutes focusing on you.
Sessions are held on Tuesdays at 5.15pm (and at 6.15pm from Tuesday 11 October).
