Tuesdays 6pm - 8pm
Saturdays 8:30am - 10:30am (once per month)
Katie has a passion for sports therapy, she always aims to provide a unique and satisfactory therapy session for her clients in and around Kent.
From a young age she competed in athletics to a high standard and from this has always had a keen interest in understanding how the human body functions. This lead her to studying Sport Science at University and undertaking her Level 5 diploma with the LSSM in Soft Tissue Therapy along with Level 3 in Mat Pilates.
