Rossiter Stretching
Rossiter is a 1-2-1 stretching technique where you work with your coach to apply tension to areas of pain and release them through gentle movement.
Rossiter Stretching is a 1-2-1 practice to relieve chronic and short-term pain AND can enhance mobility and performance.​​ Your coach with instruct and encourage you to make movements to help you achieve your goals. In these appointments, you are in control the whole time, making this a highly popular and effective technique.​

Pain is created by the brain. The techniques target the signals being received by the brain to change its perception.
​This results in immediate changes to the pain and restrictions felt in the body, calming down the Central Nervous System and giving a whole body sense of wellbeing.
Your Rossiter Coach is the facilitator and guide. They will:

Discuss with you what you’re experiencing currently and plan how you can achieve your goal.

Instruct and encourage you to get the most out of your session.

Use their weight through your body and direct you to move to your maximum tolerance.

Continually evaluate how you are feeling to ensure maximum effect of the treatment.
