Jennie graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in 2014. She has been working at Southcote since January 2018, alongside previously working in clinics in Rochester and Blackfen.
Jennie enjoys seeing a varied patient base, from active individuals, pregnant women and new mums to the elderly population. She uses a number of different assessment and treatment techniques, having done extra courses in Dry Needling/Acupuncture, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Functional Muscle Testing, Foot and Gait Biomechanics/Anatomy in Motion, Health Coaching and more.
Jennie prides herself in taking a holistic approach and believes that each individual patient should be given a personalised management program. It’s all about finding what works for each person, whether that’s spinal manipulation, mobilisation, massage, dry needling, more emphasis on an exercise program or lifestyle advice.
Taking this into account, having eight years of Chiropractic clinical experience, Jennie wanted to take things a step further in helping certain patients progress, so she also delivers structured Health Coaching, through a program called Recalibrate. This 12 week program aims to build a stable foundation of healthy habits for patients, through nutrition, movement/exercise, sleep, stress management and mindset techniques.
Jennie believes that building up patient’s physical and mental health is the foundation to helping people live a more fun and fulfilling life.
She loves to travel, hike the occasional mountain and get away in her campervan. She plays netball in a local league, does her own home strength and flexibility training and dabbles in a bit of rock climbing and cycling!
