Holly is a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist whose interest in nutrition began after struggling with her own digestive problems back in her early 20’s, which had repercussions on many aspects of her health, including joint and hormonal issues and debilitating pain. With conventional medical tests drawing a blank, Holly turned to a nutritional therapist and their work together was transformative.
Her work is guided by naturopathic and functional medicine principles. She takes a whole-person approach that honours the interconnectedness of the different body systems. This means she takes a holistic approach to getting to the root cause of your symptoms, looking not only at nutrition but also movement and the impact of stress on your emotional and physical health.

Holly doesn’t just look at where you are now but also at your life journey, health history and genetic predispositions. Backed by evidence-based research, she will create a programme bespoke to your health goals, supporting you in making achievable and sustainable changes tailored to your unique needs and circumstances.
She passionately believes that we all deserve optimal wellbeing; her goal is to provide you with the tools you need to get back to feeling the best version of yourself and maintain that long-term.
Holly enjoys seeing clients with a wide range of issues, including digestive complaints such as reflux and constipation, hormone imbalances, cardio-metabolic health conditions, and fatigue. She also enjoys helping women navigate their peri-menopausal journey and is particularly interested in the effect of stress on long-term health.
