Caroline studied to become a Chiropractor in Oxford, where she studied the Mctimoney Chiropractic Technique.

The McTimoney Method is distinguished by its gentle, whole body approach. It aims to correct the alignment of the bones of the spine and other joints of the body, to restore nerve function, to alleviate pain, and to promote natural health. This technique is suitable for the very young as well as the very old. However, as every Chiropractor is aware, there are over 200 different chiropractic techniques to use, so we are always constantly learning.

In her younger years, Caroline was an accomplished horse rider, which meant lots of nasty riding accidents along the way. This eventually lead Caroline into chiropractic after she became injured and was forced to give up riding. She moved to Australia, where she experienced her first chiropractic adjustment. That one chiropractic session changed her life.

And now it is her honour to help those suffering from musculoskeletal issues, just as another chiropractor once helped her.

Chiropractic is not just a job, it’s an all-encompassing lifestyle and belief that the body knows best how to heal itself, it may just need a little help doing so.
