Thomas graduated from Teesside University after four years of study, driven by a long-standing interest in health and a personal experience with chiropractic care. At 16, after struggling with low back pain, he experienced first-hand the benefits of chiropractic care and was instantly captivated by how effective it could be. That early impression sparked a passion to help others overcome pain and live healthier lives.
Thomas takes a holistic approach to chiropractic care, focusing not only on pain relief but also on how pain impacts each patient’s life. He believes in empowering people through education, ensuring they understand their condition and the options available to them. His treatment plans are always tailored to the individual, involving patients in every step of the decision-making process.
Thomas enjoys working with people from all walks of life, whether you're dealing with long-term discomfort, a recent injury, or just looking to move and feel better in your day-to-day life. He emphasises long-term wellbeing and encourages sustainable lifestyle habits but also recognises that every person’s goals and needs are different.
Outside the clinic, Thomas is a keen tennis player and runner, having grown up immersed in sport. He also enjoys cooking and is passionate about all things health and wellbeing. His enthusiasm lies in helping others live better.
