The class at Southcote is called ‘Yoga at a gentler pace’ which describes it perfectly and incorporates movement to strengthen, stretch and release in a gentle way along with breathing exercises, a little meditation and relaxation. The aim is for students to leave the class with a deeper sense of general well-being than when they arrived - and a smile on their faces.
