Yoga originated in ancient India and addresses the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of health.

Yin Yoga

This class includes some meditation and breathing.

A lot of the postures are seated and use props so it is particularly good if you do have injuries and issues.

Poses are done from cold and you very slowly and gently enter the pose using time and breathe to go deeper and deeper into the posture.


Fascia (connective tissue) surrounding the muscles has time to release and lengthen.​
