Rachel joined the Southcote team in 2009 after graduating from North London School of Sports Massage in Sports and Remedial Massage.
Rachel is one of the few certified ScarWork professionals within Kent. She has decided to specialise in this technique and now attends Southcote on a monthly basis offering this unique service, which helps so many people.
When not working, Rachel loves to be active and outside in the fresh air enjoying her hobbies of running, photography and travel, taking the opportunity to combine all three when she can. She has completed over 180 marathons and endurance events all over the world in the last 10 years.
She is indebted to the expertise of all the Southcote team for keeping her body and mind fit and healthy to take on these tests of endurance.
