Pregnancy is a miraculous and exciting time, but also one of great change.
The aim of these classes is to empower you to listen to your changing body and to keep you feeling healthy, strong and mobile as your pregnancy progresses.
We will use simple yoga postures, calming pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. Classes are suitable from 12 weeks to birth. No previous experience required.
