The science of movement and body mechanics has moved greatly on since Joseph Pilates designed such a wonderful method.
It is my belief that we should use the most up-to-date and relevant information possible and, for that reason, I design my classes based on what I have learned, and continue to learn, rather than the 34 moves of the 'Original Repertoire'
I have taught in access in 8000 Pilates classes and what I try to deliver is the most helpful information possible and teach everyBODY that comes how to move with ease and ability.
