Lucy is a qualified pre & postnatal personal trainer & mum, who is passionate about helping mums & mums-to-be feel amazing.
She set up Strong Mama Collective while on maternity leave, with her little boy, Henry. To make exercise safe, fun, effective and accessible for mums. She knows how it feels to be on this journey and is there to support you every step of the way!
Her aim is to build a community for mum’s & mums to be, to feel motivated and be empowered to take their fitness and body confidence into their own hands.
She offers both personal training and unique fitness classes for pre & post ladies, with the option to bring your little one along, as she knows childcare can be tricky.
Focusing on the changes your body goes through during pregnancy and postnatally, she will work with you every step of the way as your body changes.
