Yoga has been a part of my life since 2003 when I first stepped onto a mat at Sydney’s esteemed YogaSynergy.
The magical feeling after class followed by a flat white in the health café next door(!) meant Saturday morning yoga soon became my most treasured me-time.
Fast forward through yoga pregnancy classes, weekly classes, workshops and retreats and I connected with a soulful teacher who inspired me to deepen my yoga journey.
I am currently a 250hr RYT in Seasonal Yoga, Seasonal Yin and Yoga Nidra, studying over 18 months to fully immerse myself in the teachings. But honestly, we are yoga students for life and I practice with my yoga teachers, read and study on an on-going basis.
Seasonal Yoga fuses traditional Indian postures with Traditional Chines Medicine knowledge of meridians and the 5 elements to reconnect your mind, body & soul to nature’s rhythms and the energy of the universe.
For me, yoga has always been an inside job, a time to reconnect with who I am and find inner balance and strength no matter what may be going on in my life.

With my classes, my aim is to share with you from the heart my love of Seasonal Yoga guiding you through yoga poses, breathwork, seasonal contemplations and guided relaxation so that you too can reconnect with your inner self, the rhythm of nature and the reasons that brought you to your mat.
