Helen has been teaching yoga in Maidstone since 2008.
Her emphasis has mainly been on an Ashtanga-inspired vinyasa style of yoga, which promotes mindful synchronicity of breath and movement and is suitable for people of all shapes and sizes, ages and abilities.
Whether you are wanting to ease yourself back into exercise, or an athlete looking to stretch out tight muscles, whether you are somebody looking to relieve general aches and pains, to get stronger, to reduce stress levels and find more balance in life, or to enjoy some holistic well-being, Helen will welcome you with a big smile and would love to see you in class.
At Southcote, Helen offers Pregnancy Yoga (suitable from 12 weeks onwards) and a mixed ability Vinyasa Yoga Class, both on Tuesday evenings.
Alongside these, Helen also offers Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga and, for the more adventurous, SUP Yoga (Yoga on a Stand Up Paddleboard).
It is her aim to make yoga and paddleboarding, in all their forms, enjoyable, accessible and healthy experiences for all, and to show her enthusiasm for and dedication to yoga, health, happiness and nature with every moment she teaches.
