This class will introduce you to the gentle art of Pilates.
This class is for those who have never done Pilates before, who have just finished a Pilates Rehabilitation course or for those who like to practice Pilates at a lower level (although it is still a challenge).
It runs through the basics and fundamentals of Pilates and gradually builds up so you will have the option to increase the level.
It works on core strength, flexibility, efficient breathing and good posture bringing awareness to your body so that you will know what areas need to be worked on to improve the way your body works.
