This class focuses on weight-bearing exercises and uses weights where necessary to bone load.
Bone Strengthening Pilates
Bone loading is good for everyone but especially if you suffer from Osteoporosis or want to prevent it.
It is also a nice variation to practice Pilates exercises using weights adding resistance to increase the difficulty level.
All exercises will be suitable for those with Osteoporosis.
Modifications and progressions can be given out individually.
