Alex has a longstanding interest in yoga and has now been practising for almost 20 years.
She completed her yoga teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga qualifying in 2010. She has been teaching regularly ever since.
Alex’s classes provide a down to earth approach to yoga, suitable for everyone. Classes include the key elements of yoga practise; postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation. Alex believes yoga is a simple and effective way to stay healthy, agile and relaxed.
Alex is also a Chartered physiotherapist and qualified Pilates teacher and she uses this knowledge to compliment her yoga teaching.
