Dry Needling

Dry Needling is a technique, which can be used in conjunction with chiropractic treatment and is especially useful for muscular conditions requiring very deep tissue/massage release. Dry needling can be used in these circumstances to reduce the inflammation and bruising which can sometimes occur from these techniques.

Dry needling is particularly useful for relaxing tight muscles and connective tissues that are otherwise difficult to reach manually.
